Effective therapy requires bridging what is known and understood with what is unknown or misunderstood. My approach to therapy is, therefore, straight-forward: what are you aware of that has brought you to therapy at this time? In addition, what might you be unaware of? And how might I help integrate the two and add some clarity? This open-ended approach allows practical focus on the real world, day-to-day issues you may be struggling with, but also room to explore those pesky irritants hiding in the shadows and exerting an influence without your even knowing it.
I offer this web site as a place to start the exploration. Something brought you here; and it is my hope that you will find something in these pages to make the next step. The links to the left contain further information on my experiences and practices. Feel free to look around. And if you wish to set up an initial consultation, please call or email to make an appointment.
